Bungie stated the "weapon stats" would be "reduced", NOT "removed".
What they did to field scout was remove it as an actual weapon stat.
Armor ALREADY increases scout rifle reserve ammo ON scout rifles. To have field scout turned into a reserve ammo perk, you've made ALL ARMOR that increases scout rifle ammo in reserve COMPLETELY USELESS, on top of the fact you lied about adjusting the stat and removed it from being a stat on weapons entirely.

Exactly. The new field scout does what armor bonuses do, making field scout a joke, and the retooling of it in patch 2.0 a joke. Way too much tweaking going on behind the scenes.

Can we light a candle for the 56 ammo mag in the Monte Carlo? Now is has less dps than some ordinary blue ARs and it's an exotic.... Sigh Pls bungie save my Monte Carlo #feedback

I'm still getting plenty of use out of my VoC and Vex but I can definitely tell that they aren't close to what they used to be. It was just a way for them to nerf a wide range of good weapons without saying they were nerfing them.

Field scout had always boosted reserve ammo. In fact, since it was so popular, it essentially made the armor perks just about useless, except for RLs. My MGs with field scout had a reserve of 150, if I wore a piece that increased heavy ammo, it would go up to 151. Same for snipers, would go from 24 to 25 on my p&t.
