It's completely lame. They need to add infusion to year one gear, a transmog system, or take stats back off. The whole point of the allegiance thing for factions was so we didn't have to only wear the class item from that faction. It was to let us put on what we liked best. Now we just have to wear what ever will give us the best gear score
