I also have an issue with this. When on my Titan it showed both the Titan and Hunter package. I opened both and got all items except for the Hunter Cloak. I did not see the Warlock package until I went onto my Warlock. Seems there is an error showing both packages on one class also. Not sure how I'm supposed to get my cloak now.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. Received Titan package on my Titan opened it got everything but then got the Hunter package in my Titan's mail as well. I opened the Hunter one but only received the shader/emote no cloak I thought it was an issue with my class items being full but it seems it is a different issue.

Same for me got class items, shaders,and emotes on my hunter and warlock but not my titan. Hope there's a fix coming
