I beat Skolas, and was awarded an Elder Cipher, but Destiny GLITCHED and restarted the round?...
I'm not sure who to contact, but I'd really appreciate some help! I beat Skolas last night, after playing for half of the day. At this point the game glitched and did NOT allow us to drop to the bottom of the prison for our rewards. It restarted the round instead, yet, I was awarded the Elder Cipher... By which, you MUST BEAT Skolas to obtain. I'm not so angry that I did not receive all of the cool gear, which, would be very nice to have. But, I'm most angry about the fact, that my Legend was not completed. I would appreciate if at the very least, that my legend could be completed. I mean, Skolas was defeated, but the game glitched... As a loyal customer and player, please please please help with this issue.
ALL MINES WERE DISMANTLED...
BTW, THE ISSUE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ELDER CIPHER AND OBTAINING IT THROUGH LVL 34 - I KNOW YOU CAN GET IT THERE.

5 RepliesIf you didn't dismantle the mines, you did not complete the objectives and will not go to treasure room. Elder cypher drops after you kill Skolas but to get to treasure room, mines must be dismantled. I wouldn't worry though, you still got the best reward you're going to get from Prison of Elders. And it should count towards your moments of triumph too.

Edited by Rob: 9/9/2015 1:26:39 AMYou only have to kill skolas to get the cipher but if you don't complete the round by clearing the mines then you lose the round wether skolas is dead or not. You have to complete the round to get the mark on your triumphs card.

5 RepliesYou got the elder cipher cause you downed skolas but most likely failed to dismantle all mines and that's why it ended the fight.
