Unfortunately, the Trials of Osiris end promptly at the weekly reset at 9 am UTC on Tuesday. If the opportunity to purchase items was missed, the wins and the ability to purchase rewards cannot be restored.
If you feel a change to the system should be made, please feel free to suggest such in the #feedback forums.
