If you Pre-ordered TTK on the XBone then the Suros Arsenal pack is an Add-On that's available to download... you WON'T get anything until TTK goes live on the 15th.

The Suros Arsenal Pre-order bonus isn't console exclusive... You can get it by pre-ordering TTK from GameStop (while supplies last), PSN, or Xbox Live Marketplace. The Suros Arsenal [i]may[/i] not have shown up as an available download for PSN yet... just keep checking back.

I haven't played on a Play Station since PS2... my kids have the PS3 & 4, but I don't play on them... LOL There has to be some kind of marketplace/shop where you purchase games and add-ons. Look in the same place you found the TTK DLC... the Suros Arsenal is a separate Destiny add-on that's available when you Pre-order TTK.
