No. My response: You are having three exotics equipped in addition to whatever weapons you feel like. There will be people running about with invective and TLW equipped in iron banner, vex and ice breaker, red death and lord of wolves for max regeneration. And with the taken king coming out: Sleeper Stimulant and any other exotic weapon (shudders) Trials of Osiris becomes a nightmare as people pull out thorns and gjallarhorns on heavy rounds. Most people now already use full legendary armor, so this would probably destroy the balance of PVP in the game.
