Invective is good, got a strike with juggler? Not a problem.

Is it that could compared to Legendary shotguns? Most of them are already one shot kills, same goes for my Matador 64. Would it be better to invest in an exotic primary instead?

It will one shot almost everything in PVE story, but full auto shoots 4 rounds in about 1 second...littetaly, so if 1 dosnt do it...4 will. I still use it in PVP when I don't want to worry about shotgun amo, depending on the map.

Out of all the bounties. ....and I have done them all, the only ones I use are Invective, Thorn, and sometimes Badjuju. The super build from Badjuju isn't big for PVP....unless your a PVP god. Get what you can because who knows what's going to be good going foward.
