He is a streamer who thinks he is the best pvp player because of his destiny tracker rating.

Ahh gotcha, you just get ranked in destiny basically by how many hours you put in pvp (and doing positive each match) I would assume so doesn't mean much imo

He only has a high skill because he goes in against random with a fireteam of 6 but nobody likes him because he complains about stuff and can't take deaths or losses. If he starts to lose he just quits the game.

Yeah it pretty much is time played, if I reset characters and played crucible as much as him if he really good too.. I'm not even that bad now (reset characters because I was terrible at start of game)
