Changing PS4 Hard Drive - How to re-obtain Destiny Data?
Unfortunately my PS4 hard drive is full meaning I need to upgrade it, I've backed all my data up except Destiny because it's stored Server side. To re-obtain my Destiny characters after I've changed the PS4 hard drive and re-installed Destiny, is it a simple case of just signing into the same PSN account and it will pop right up when I launch the game? Or is there more to it? I'm pessimistic about doing anything before I've been assured what to do because I've been subject to Video-game data loss before, Many Thanks ;) .

1 ReplyI accidentally deleted Destiny at one point and thought I lost all my data. I re-installed it and everything was there. I have also swapped hard drives with no issues. I believe all the data is stored on their servers, so you should be good. Hope that helps.
