I have to say that I'm surprised. I have had mostly good service that at times went above and beyond my expectations. Also I thought accessories had a 3 month warranty with proof of purchase. It's to bad, I wish you luck on whatever you decide

    Same here. I've hated my Xbox for the most part (think of any problem people have had, I've had it -_-), but the customer service has been incredible. I normally just tweet at them and they get back to me quickly with quality assistance. Edit: I should also say I haven't had any problems with Playstation support. Maybe it's because the people running both companies' "support" twitter accounts and their messaging support features aren't complete retards and they put the idiots on phone duty
