If you want a good pulse try and get hopscotch pilgrim. I personally recommend the hand cannon "timurs lash" because on lv 34 I do 95 to the head but I've hit as high as 105 to the head to lower levels and that's all without buffs. I know not everyone has this gun so you cod also try "high road soldier" which is a scout rifle that has the same rate of fire as suros regime but hits 55 to the head. If that isn't an option then the red hand IV from newmonarch is pretty decent. If that's not an option the (if rolled properly) Ill will can work to your advantage. If you like auto rifles....chose a different weapon type. There's good ones such as suros but other weapons are still better. If you insist on using spare change try to roll a stability upgrade as well as head seeker. Hope this helps!
