...and there it is. You weren't by chance acting like the rest of the Xbox community while you were on the line were you? I don't think we are hearing the full story. What happens if you got the Xbox one controller for pc? Sounds like other things happened on the phone...

Well the argument consisted of me telling him that it was Microsoft or xbox's controller update that cause my controller software problem therefore it's a manufacturer defect and as he agreed that it's possible that happened there's nothing he could personally do, so I tried to get someone higher up on the phone to help with my problem but he argued that he's as high as they go, and that he could not help me any further.
