I am experiencing a problem regarding the email I made my Nepal order with. They replied to my question asking for information to edit my order info. After I sent them the info, I was waiting for confirmation but no reply was given. So I emailed them anew. That was ignored. Emailed them again. That was ignored. And once more today. That will assuredly be ignored as well. The customer service is horrible. I'm never gonna order from the store again. I'm posting this as a warning for anyone. Make sure your info is current and everything is in working order (email, etc) or you too will be ignored.
