We are the reason our old gear is getting left behind. We abused guns in pvp and locked the doors to players without Gjallarhorns. Tell me that level of misuse doesn't warrant a harsh solution.

When we were still 32's I 3-manned him. If someone wants to join it's not an issue. Same goes for skolas and Atheon. The "ghorn needed" thing has been over-exaggerated.
