Please make level difference noticable
As a lrvel 34 I just got one shot by a level 31 using 248 pradeyths and then 2 shot by his thorn next spawn
Wtf bungie why are these unupgraded guns on a low level still doing the same thing as a high level using them????

The Iron Banner was cool back when not everyone was max level. In Vanilla, you'd find players anywhere from level 24-30. Now, you play for five minutes, and another piece of 34 light gear drops. Now, Iron Banner is just a grind out control matches playlist with meh rewards. I really wish Bungie would take the gear drops back to Vanilla status. That was when it was at its peak. Being a 30+ meant something.

2 RepliesIm assuming you are referring to the iron banner. Level differences work like this right now in iron banner: Your level is your defense. As a level 34, you can survive more than a level 31 can. Attack rating on your weapons have little to no effect on your level. If you have a fully maxed out weapon as a level 31, you are going to be doing the same amount of damage as a level 34 wielding the same gun would. However, If you were getting shot by say an auto rifle, and the level 31 was also getting shot by that same auto rifle, he would die first, because he has less armor. This is why on the iron banner page it says a lower level enemy with a fully maxed out weapon should still be considered a threat. Hope this clears things up for you!!! Also, with etheric light, a praedyths can be 365 attack, i know because i use one.
