Why don't iron banner boots allow you to carry heavy as well???
Seriously, I know no one will respond. No one has an answer. This post will disappear unanswered... I dont get it...
The boots cost enough, and grinding is involved....
I dont know how I even have the steam to ask these questions anymore

3 RepliesThe only boots that have extra heavy are Raid Boots and PoE Boots... If you [i]need[/i] extra heavy ammo and you [i]want[/i] to wear the Iron Banner Boots there's always an Exotic that'll grant additional heavy ammo like: Armamentarium, Heart of Praxic Fire, Lucky Raspberry

1 ReplyI wonder the same thing, for Titan I use the chest piece that gives another grenade( I forgot the name of the chest piece), but you can also carry heavy ammo with it so that's what I use for my titan, and for my warlock I use crota boots and for my hunter I use trials boots, hope this helped but I do agree iron banner boots should carry heavy

5 RepliesNegative. Carrying extra Heavy ammo is unnecessary for PvP, and to achieve rank 3 in IB isn't nearly as challenging as completing Raids, PoE. or ToO. Try rolling Surplus on your heavy weapons.

1 ReplyJust go for heavy trials boots, they are basically a combination of raid boots and IB/vendor boots. Sure Trials is harder, but you only have to win three games for the armor if you buy all the buffs. Sure he only sells one armor piece a week, but how long would you wait for IB to come back with boots again? Two months?

3 RepliesNot all boots should carry more heavy ammo. I use exotics that allow me to carry more heavy ammo. That way I can use boots that carry more scout rifle ammo. Its all a matter of playstyle,

3 RepliesThere's nothing special about the Iron Banner gear. Sure it looks nice but it's regular old 36 Light legendary gear unless you ascend it, no different from the Crucible or Faction gear. I mean surely you must've seen that before you bought it.
