EXOTICS via blueprint reforge can be [b][i][u]UPGRADED[/u][/i][/b] to year two values with exceptions on some (GHORN IS ONLY CONFIRMED STUCK AT YEAR ONE)

Which is stupid if you are going to allow exotics to have a year 2 version then it should apply to all of them not just the ones they feel like it.
