I still think it should be a bracket type system. Go flawless once and then move up a bracket .. eventually you would hit the top tier bracket and then the truly skilled teams would be top dog. At which point they could get top of the week emblem or something. This would both give a) an emblem that actually means something and b) a more balanced playing field.
I'm sure some top end talent teams would rather face legitimate competition rather then stomp teams 5-0 every card. Then again some teams are good enough to prey on the weak but would get destroyed by actual good teams. So they might now like this idea.

My team enjoys steam rolling through the enemy team. I remember a team deciding to taunt by dancing,waving, and tea bagging our bodies after winning [u]ONE[/u] round.

If a team is destroying you and you beat them one time then it is a necessity to taunt them, you should be exiled if you don't

Sorry Bro, but everyone has the chance at the same rewards so it's fair that who you face is random. If your a top tier team and you get the emblem by getting into the top tier then surely you would just stomp everyone on your way to top tier?...

When some folks have challenges of no weapons and go to the LH with ease something is wrong. When you run into a room and start to giggle when looking at the other teams stats/load outs, something is wrong. Great post
