I come with good news fellow guardian. It's true that you can't preorder TTK digitally on the 360, which would mean your sore outta luck to get those sweet sweet bonuses, however, you will be able to buy/download/play TTK the day it launches, and if you do you'll get the Arsenal pack you'd get for preordering. So worry not, it will be available to the day TTK releases. And it will be the regular 40$ version.

Luckily I have both the 360 and the one. But it took lots of clicking on my one and s few can't purchase before somehow it said buy? Umm OK! I thought. Now will it transfer to the 360 too

Personally I don't know, I don't believe buying it for the One would automatically share it between systems, but like I said, I don't know. Here's hoping you can find an answer

I know I the earlier expansions it went for both but who knows with this new one. One can only hope
