It's garbage. It only soaks up about 2 shots from most weapons and deactivates in the air.
I've never had any sort of luck using it and every Titan I see trying it ends up at the bottom of the PvP post game screen.
Just use Shoulder Charge. Its ability to augment your mobility is too valuable to give up.

Yea i know. What would be your idea to change or buff it?

If it stayed active in the air like Shoulder Charge does and stayed active for a split second after you stop sprinting it would be usable. If you're under fire you start taking damage as soon as you stop sprinting. An extra split second of resistance would give you the time you need to bring your gun up, making it a fight over who has a better shot. I can't say I'd use it even if it did get a buff though.

Yea. For the perk juggernaut it doesnt really make you feel like one.

Shoulder Charge is just too dawn useful. Helps you cross maps quickly, evade damage, duck around corners, escape Bladedancers and kill when the opportunity arises (if you're lucky and they're not paying attention).
