Not saying it should be gamebreaking. Just give a little juice to it.

Well perks for the hunter like showstopper for pve is effective. Helps the hunter take care of himself when he gets overwhelmed. Also sunsingers having angel of light to get some good shots on the enemy that are hiding in cover. All perks should be effective and address a players style.
