They removed tonnes of perks like perfect balance/ hammer forged ect to make re rolling a bit more balanced so not everyone has ridiculously rolled weapons. Didn't work for shotguns tho…lol

I have perfect balance.... on a 1-shot rocket launcher. Crap. (wait whats the diff between perfect and counterbalance?) My dry rot roll has the same range as invective AND has shotpackage. lets just say I win EVERY shotgun v shotgun engagement.

Haha sounds op lol. Counter balance is in the main first main perk a lot whereas perfect balance is a middle tree upgrade. Not much difference between the two on a practical term however.

Oh that's weird. it would suck if you got both on one gun XD I wish the "whos next" perk was removed. I got it on a high ROF machine gun. ITS USELESS.

Lol it is isn't it. I have a perfectly rolled pre DLC Jolders so, I'll never need another HMG again xD

One word: BTRD. Its easy to get and I think it has the same stats (same as Thunderlord >:D) My BTRD is the only machine gun I use besides SGA (CAUSE ITS FUN)
