Icebreaker has no advantage over legendary snipers besides the ability to allow you to camp forever in a boss room without having to kill a single enemy for ammo. I mean if it actually had good stability and perks that weren't total crap I MAY consider using it over my Amplified GeD (which has shoot to loot, making it more useful than icebreaker) In short, I feel this weapon was MADE to be abused. there are very few situations where you NEED a regenerating sniper (besides soloing a nightfall or something), and since it has no reserve ammo or reload it has lower DPS than pretty much any other sniper. It doesn't make much sense to me that a gun is COMPLETELY built around its "regenerating ammo" gimmick. Invective has ammo regen too but it can also reload, pick up ammo, and it has full auto (plus its ammo regen is 30 seconds so you cant abuse it as easily).
