I messed around on all the websites can't get ahold of anybody and I use both my xbox 360 and my xbox one finally threw my xbox one was I able to get it purchased and I don't know how I did it I kept going through the menus and clicking on all the different bundles at first it said not available and then you said you want to buy it hell yeah good luck my friend

Here is the part that is almost funny if it wasn't so infuriating. An email to Bungee support gives me a link to...here to answer my question. Well done Bungie, way to crap on your existing fan base. Screw this, I am out.
