Fist of panic
So I Nova Bombed two people who were running for heavy ammo. One was a titan. On my screen, a whole half a second to a second later the titan fist of panics me and my nova bomb doesnt even kill him. Brought him down to about 20% I found that to be completely bs. Im not asking for a nerf to the FoP killing ability, just lower it's damage resistance because it is waaay to high.
