Loner Rebel is one of the best Legendary HCs to date, IMO. I thought that Zen Moment / Hidden Hand would be ideal but your perks are pretty beast for medium to short range.
Going with Braced Frame was smart since having a smaller cylinder means you will get to the Lucky round and the Final Round much faster.
I feel bad for the guy that gets hit by the Lucky Round if it is also the Final Round.
The only downside relates to reloading...
You have LR on your Warlock so no Gunslinger perks to speed up reload and the HoW armor you were doesn't give you a HC reload buff and your weapon perks are situated to provide the most reward when you fire all of your available shots.
If you are in the habit of speed reloading after every PvP kill, you will have to break it or you will never allow Final Round to proc and you need to watch your ammo count so you don't get caught flatfooted when you are reloading.

Edited by Valleth: 8/12/2015 8:09:23 PMIt does have a flared magwell perk in top middle and i tried it with reload speed gauntlets the reload becomes similar to Fatebringer with outlaw but it also loses a chunk of stability but even without braced frame it rather stable i also do get back 2 more rounds going back to 8 from 6

Well its a 33% dmg boost from final and 33% from luck in the chamber and if it does happen to stack on a crit it will one shot for sure it actually might one shot to the body. Thanks for the feedback btw im looking foward to using it in pvp
