Every patch is new weapons for the vendors..
So..what weapon group are you talking about?
I think there have been 3 or 4 by now

All groups Im just saying for the last month of each year in destiny shouldn't they sell all the weapons before the year ends as a bit of a recap to the past

Well.. It's kinda.. If you missed it... you missed it. That's how it works.. They take the guns away because they tinker with perks.. Like would you want a gun that has half it's perks nerfed

It's more for the people who dismantled because of the lack of communication about the future of destiny honestly if they told us long ago about weapon acsending I'd still have my vanquisher and swarm and shadow price

It's about bank space.. Your not ment to have every item in the game. That's why WE have less bank slots then items.. It's so we all don't just hord weapons they are going to nerf. . Don't want a bank full of nerf. . Get me?
