Rotating planet danger zones idea

This has been an idea of mine for some time now and I think I finally came up with a solid idea for additional PvE content. Firstly, this is obviously a work-in-progress. What does that mean? Shape it, mold it, put ideas into it, ect. the floor doesn't exist yet. Secondly, this is something designed to be a weekend only thing for a future DLC or Destiny game. I personally feel this would be too massive to actually implement into Destiny as it is currently. Concept: A world has seen MASSIVE increases in enemy movements and leadership caskets. Be ready for anything because anything is waiting around every corner. What happens: For three days? One random planet gets a "Constant War" update. 30 minutes per encounter. For those unfamiliar with the public event in Cosmodromes Skywatch... do not go watch a youtube video of it. Get three buddies, load up cosmodrome, go to skywatch, and when you see the words "The enemy moves against each other" kill anything that by God moves as fast as you possibly can. Recommendations? Bring lots of heavy ammo synthesis and at least a 365 heavy machine gun. Arc preferable. This occurs PLANETWIDE, but hold on, there is a few catches. First? All enemies are maxed level and one major leads a squad. Could be a Major Dreg. We don't know. When the enemy first moves against each other? You have to kill X amount of enemies in that battlefield area. Not only that? But enemy gunships come in and drop shields and barricades to force guardians into channeled zones. The last thing, for an added bonus of difficulty, is the enemies would hot drop vehicles in a designated corner and start moving up the field. IF the guardian squad in the area kills them (and survives that), a new challenge arises. This PARTICULAR challenge would on par with a HoW public event boss for health, but would be an unnamed commander instead. He would still have a beacon above his head though, courtesy of our ghost identifying him for us. The obvious connection to this is a world commander, not boss, which could be a weekend endeavor for Guardians to challenge themselves in a situation. You could even take this concept? And apply it to the entrances of the raid for a truly dramatic experience (though in the raid sense, you would modify it to show levels equivalent of the challenge for the raid.) So? What would you guys do differently? EDIT: forgot a few sentences for clarification.
