its because the game is stale, to the point of molding. theyd have a ton of players come back if in addtion the their excuse for dlc, they dropped weekly and monthly content free .
if each week a new exotic weapon an armor, thats a grand total of 52 a year, or domething similiar dropped, people would hunt and grind for it.
if each month a new strike, mission, pvp map or mode, or i dare say a mini raid came out; thered be tons of stuff to do.
the boring repetitive repeat would be gone.
now i know what youre saying, " cold, no one releases that much content that fast and for free"!! and i say that a lot was cut from original. any company that cant release one thing a month for an online game when their game is farcically small and repetitive already is going to lose players in droves.
game is repetitive and boring- naturally people quit

"Each week a new exotic..." Shit, I would be excited if they increased vault space such that I do net need to delete everything new that drops.
-
Funny, cuz they promised free content in release interviews!!!
-
Dude the Witcher 3 releases free new content all the time. The only DLC they make you pay for is the new areas coming out, but they've released outfits, missions, weapons etc.. All for free. There are tons of other games that release new content for free, this sadly is just not one of them

Will The Division be better on PS4 or (se)Xbox One?
-
As a playstation fanboy I am legally obligated to say ps4 and since I don't own an xbone I can't truthfully tell you which of the two. But ps4 hardware is just a notch above the Xbox and most games run 1080p compared to Xbox 720p

im not arguing that the ps4 isnt a slightly better piece of tech, but one thing ive honestly never understood is this: the third party game companies that make games for both platforms have to cater to the lower tech specs; ie if its third party it will be just as vivid on either console, one might load faster, but its the same isnt it? or am i missing something?
-
Yea it's virtually the same. I mean there are specific instances of companies catering to certain consoles *cough* Destiny *cough* but other than that it's really down to personal preference

Good news!

If I could 'like' this comment I wouldn't write this extra post.
