Where do you get hopscotch or messenger?

That's true, but with something like the Hopscotch with maximum stability, there's really nothing to control. Especially once you get to medium range where even a little tick upward will throw off one headshot. Up close, Red Death definitely has a slightly faster time to kill because of it's rate of fire. Honestly, there are so many good pulse rifles out there you can't go wrong with any of those.
