Any network manipulation ( lagging or red barring while in PVP game types ) or having unfair advantages in game types. Also backing out too much is considered a type of network manipulation. Since it's not instant after leaving a game it causes your character to remain there temporarily invincible and since they don't have dedicated servers people lag after someone leaves. They track every thing a guardian does from finding 1 ounce of glimmer to finding a ship in a chest and everything in between.
