They are using him as a scapegoat for everything that happened, while I agree with the ban they shouldn't have used him as a scapegoat for the r@pe threats, they should have gone after the accounts of the people who said all that stuff.

He can,be held liable because his twitch stream in essence is him, he dictates who is on it, who gets banned, and what he says and does, he told his viewers to snipe and disrupt the bounty as much as possible, he encouraged the actions, it's just like a parent with a child, yes the child broke the law, but as a parent you are responsible for their actions. So he would be the parent in this case encouraging his viewers to violate twitch policies and a live stream.

Cause he did it himself
