It really just is a nerf for the lfg though. The problem with having this one "sought after weapon" is that it's discouraging people from even looking for raid groups. It shows how petty the community is that they would respond even more so negatively towards the nerf and choose to ask for it exclusively more often now. Having the weapon take a nerf is fine. They'll actually see what weapons need buffing in PvE because of this instead of watching clip after clip of people exclusively using Gjallarhorn when things get tough. They'll see people using all sorts of weapons and say, "Great strategy. We didn't realize that weapon was so underpowered." This gives them a better understanding of which weapons/items/gear actually needs attention. Would you have any clue that anything else needed some help in the damage factor if you saw nothing but Gjallarhorn's all day? It must be driving them crazy.
