I'm not sure who said this but I saw it as a quote in a recent post. I'm assuming someone at Bungie said this based on the context in which it was used.
Here's my issue. I don't need you to find me friends. I have them. They just don't play anymore because they have the same hangups with the game as I do. So no matter how you slice it, I will have to do the nightfall, raids, and PoE with random people I don't know.
Why does it matter if I find them via matchmaking or outside the game? At the very least can there be a host lobby situation?
This game has some of the most limiting and restricting things about it. Enough that it detracts from the experience. It's like they don't want people to play the entire experience. I just don't understand. I've never seen a developer seem to want to keep people from playing their game before. Help me understand why there can't at least be a lobby system for end game activities?
The fact that this is still in issue at this point for many people is mind blowing.

Edited by D1eThx: 7/30/2015 10:06:09 PMMe and my school friends have no problem raiding together. We will ask bungie to ignore these matchmaking threads everytime and threaten to leave destiny, so shut up. No one plays pve anyway this game is all pvp. We play pvp constantly. I like that bungie only listen to our requests for nerfs hahaha. Good luck getting your wishes granted because we will bog down all threads, by asking for nerfs and telling bungie we are fine and don't need matchmaking. Get gud scrub and stop crying. Hahahahahahahahahahah you probably have to go to work while we get better and better at trials, flood the forums and ruin everything for you. /sarcasm
