Pro tip: If doing solo, don't go back to orbit ever. Go through each area and pick up EVERY bounty, dismantle the non-VIP ones. If using Cosomodrome use the following route: Stepps The Divide Rocket Yard Mothyards Skywatch Forgotten Shore The bounties from area 1 will be reset by the time you finish the last area. Although unconfirmed, I found that I had a higher % of VIPs spawn with this method, at least 1 every other area, sometimes 2 in 1 area. Maybe there's logic that dictates that 1 VIP must always be available or something, I dunno.
