Why do Titans in PvP use fist of havoc and then dance? As if it was a really strategic and difficult plan of attack? It just seems to me like a bit of an odd situation to dance on a kill...

Well, if it's in a group, you may have just ground pounded the biggest d-bag in the game and you were just collateral and you dance for the other guy.
