I helped my dad take apart my first 360 a few months back.
It was dead for a while by that point, but fortunately we managed to find some parts that he could use for some of his computers.

Nice, yea the 360 is the console I have taken apart and reassembled the most. I used to buy rrod consoles for $5-20, fix them, and resell them for around $100. It was more of a for fun thing because I was shocked the first time I fixed one I was like "wow I can't believe that really worked!" So I just kept doing it. Good times.
