    All of them are great, just in different ways. Naked Gun, like Airplane!, is all about absurdity and slapstick humor. So if you like that kind of comedy, you'll like Naked Gun. Planes, Trains, and Automobiles is about the characters. You have two guys who get into a situation where they have to put up with each other, and the comedy comes from their interactions and reactions to the events going on. Spinal Tap is a satirization of rock/metal bands and the documentaries made of them. It's less laugh out loud humor and more subdued, I suppose. Just to clarify further.
