List of Master Chiefs achievements:
-Fell from space. Two times.
Halo 2-Halo 3 Delivering the Nuke
Halo 4 escaping from Forward Unto Dawn
-Survived an atomic bomb in Halo 4
-Escaped from an army of resurrected life forms
-Survived warp many times
-One-manned the covenant many times
-Earned the title demon and is feared by the covenant
-Defeated Guilty Spark and Gravemind in Halo 3
-Defeated the Didactic in Halo 4
-Killed all three leaders of the Covenant in Halo 2
-Probably would've defeated the Arbiter
-Got Cortana instead of Ghosts
-Has knowledge of how to use anything. Even Promethean weapons and instantly knew how to use the other things he's never even seen
List of Guardian Achievements:
-Destroyed the leadership for the Fallen House of Devils, House of Winter, and House of Wolves
-Defeated multiple Gatelords: giant, 3 story tall robots capable of defending areas that do not even [i]exist in our timestream[/i].
-Defeated a fragment of the Darkness
-Conquered Atheon who was capable of manipulating the timestream.
-Defeated an alien god, Crota, in his own realm by using the rules he created there
-Beat the tactical mastermind, Skolas, at the peak of his power where he had the ability to bring the entire House of Wolves through time. [b]Then let him go to prison where they fought again, and again won.[/b]
If we are looking at just pure achievements, I believe Guardians to be the winner.

Well the Gatelords have pretty much the same health as like five elites on Legendary so I have no idea what you're talking about lol. If I fall about 30 feet on my guardian without jumping I get hurt badly if not killed. I hope you realize Chief doesn't have a magical little floating ability that saved him from his space falls.

He fell from space [b][i][u]3[/u][/i][/b] times and the third he fell from a spaceship, Through enemy fire into pieces of debris and landed in a gravity well which would have caused event horizon had he stayed on the ship and survived

I took the ones from the perspective of a person who thought Master Chief would win, and presented ones from the perspective of a person who thought Master Chief would win. I don't believe I misunderstood anything really
