Hello,
Can you please sign out and in of your Microsoft account? That seems to do the trick for most people.
If that doesn't do the trick, hit Start > Log Out of Destiny > Chose the Character you got the achievement on.
Also. networking or connection issues may delay the appearance of your trophy or achievement. If you don't see your trophy or achievement appear immediately, it may appear at a later date.

Hi, thanks for the fast response. I actually already did the sign out/in turn off my console (the real turn off for xbox one). I have notice this bug a few months from now. Didn´t know the Packing heat was bugged, but do you know it the same bug applies to Fully Weaponized? Or maybe i need to ascend it to get the achievement?

Try ascending it. Not sure about that.
