Previously, I thought the Icebreaker's self-titled perk was only triggering on precision kills. After paying more attention to it, I notice it only makes the explosion [i]sound[/i] on precision kills, but it always causes an explosion if you get a kill with it. However, I've noticed something odd about the explosions. Much like in a Michael Bay movie, they're completely pointless. [b]Icebreaker explosions cause no damage to surrounding enemies.[/b] Even with a precision kill, triggering the same visual/audio effect as Firefly, they cause no splash damage. I even had a scout rifle with Firefly equipped as a comparison, and Firefly causes splash damage, but Icebreaker never does. If this is the intended behavior of the perk, then I'm left wondering, what's the point? It's completely useless if it causes no extra damage to ANYBODY.
