Foundries: Exotic Ideas

Everyone has a specific fondness for their Exotic weapons, but not always is it known which Foundry produced which firearm. Crux/Lomar, Suros, Omolon, Tex Mechanica, Vanguard, Cassoid, and soon to be Daito all have their hands in the Exotic pie, but Hakke and Nadir have been left out. I thought it would be interesting if people posted ideas on what they think would be interesting Exotic weapons for the Foundry they appeal towards. Setup for Weapons Loadout: - Weapon Name - Weapon Type - Foundry Name - Flavor Text (Optional, but definitely encouraged.) - Damage Type - Primary Perk 1 - Signature Perk - Selectable Perk 1 (Ballistic-type or Sights) - Selectable Perk 2 (List of three lesser perks from Legendary Perk Tree) EDIT 1: Up to eight weapons ideas so far! Awesome, and thanks, keep 'em coming!

    Shotgun "The Debt Collector" Tex Mechanica Time to pay up. Solar Damage Mag Size: 6 Default Perk: Full Auto First Column: Accurized Ballistics, Field Choke, Aggressive Ballistics First Perk: Shot Package Second Column: Snapshot, Lightweight, Single Point Sling Exotic Perk: The Debt Collecter-Kills with this weapon grant temporary additional range and reserve ammo. Secondary Exotic Perk: Run 'N Gun-Can reload this weapon while sprinting. Hidden Perk: Final Round Has almost same stats as Judgement VI, but slightly faster reload and slightly slower ROF with more impact. Looks like it's mainly bronze with dark wooden stock and silver across the barrel. Simple iron sight. Has animation similar to The Last Word, where you pull it out in a fancy flourish. Also sits so the handle is down on your hip pointing towards your right, so you reach down and grab it off of your hip, twirling it.

    • Silent but deadly- pistol/sidearm Description: deadly doesn't have to be loud Perks Take a knee-zoom with this weapon is increased while crouched Fitted stock, extended mag, send it The silent killer-if the enemy hasn't spotted you and you shoot it takes them longer to find you Warning: this weapon with perk unlocked can be fired while being invisible(hunter) but decreases the time left of invisibility

Damage Type: Void Primary Perk: Feeding Frenzy Signature Perk: Corrupter (Each hit on an enemy would decrease the recovery and agility of the enemy that you hit, this also impairs their vision, each hit stacks the effect, making it subsequently more severe, and making the effect last 2 seconds longer for each extra hit, this can stack up to 3x and lasts 10 seconds.) Hakke Sniper- Bolt-action (See L96A1) Stats: Impact higher then Efrideet's Near identical fire rate to Icebreaker Terrible stability Magazine of 4 Sights: Iron Sights (3.4x zoom (no glare)) Sightsys LR (Crazy high zoom) Ambush scope (around 6x zoom) Flavor perks: Snapshot, Flared Magwell, AP Rounds Two choices for exotic perk: The Journeyman's Gift- Non-precision kills increase precision damage -or- The Wise Hand- Precision kills increase Non-precision damage Notes: This was designed to be a practical sniper. No real sniper is incapable of killing with a shot to the center of mass. That's what this sniper's perks were aimed around, two sniper mantras; "aim small, miss small", and "Center mass kicks some ass". BTW, each shot taken requires the user to leave ADS to start the bolt's cycle. But the bolt is also much faster then its counterpart, No Land Beyond.

                  Suros Anarchy Sniper Rifle Void damage Flavor Text: [i]Make your own rules[/i] Sights: - LongView SLR20 - ShortGaze SLH10 - Ambush SLH25 First Perk: Hidden Hand Second Tier Perks: - Snapshot - Armor-Piercing Rounds - Field scout Exotic Perk: Anarchy ( Getting two headshots will give the next bullet increased non-precision damage, reloading will cancel this affect ) Note: This would fall in the same rof/impact category as the LDR 5001 and Her Benevolence. Their would be 4 bullets in the mag ( 6 with field scout ) so the headshots don't have to be 2 in a row.

But I'll figure it out, and maybe even give a brief sketch and make a link to imgur or something like that. We'll see.

Let all taste my take on their weapon.[/i] -Unknown Exotic Solar Rocket Launcher [u]Stats[/u] •RoF- 60 •BR-25 •V-75 •S-60 •R-45 •Clip size of 12 •Perk Tree 1: -Soft Launch -Linear Compensator -Warhead Vernier •Perk 1: Spray and Play •Perk Tree 2: -Perfect Balance -Javelin -Heavy Payload •Exotic Perk: -Scorpion's Sting: For every kill you achieve with this weapon your next clip gains a bonus to velocity and blast radius (each kill gives +5 to each stat, stacks up to 5 times), but the perk's effect will dissipate if you switch weapons. Also provides full auto. ~Note: because of the high "bullet" count and rate of fire and the fact that the weapon is supposed to be a modified or an "inspired by weapon" of Cabal weaponry the "bullets" would do about 1/2 or 1/3 damage of a normal rockets~

                            Elemental Convergence Pulse Rifle Vanguard [i]"The warlocks among the vanguard came up with an idea to combine the elements into a single vessel that could be discharged at will, the project eventually fell apart due to an accident that ripped a hole in space and time, the prototype still exists."[/i] Damage type: ??? 1st perk: Full auto Signature: Convergence of Elements: Each burst from this gun produces a random element (void, arc, solar) and considerably increases the damage of the next element, stacking up to 5 times. Barrels: Field Choke, Linear compensator, Smart Drift Control Dropdown perks: Snapshot, Flared Magwell, Perfect balance.
