Who complained about Ice breaker?
Seriously, who complained that ice breaker reloads too fast. It's slow af!

I think they did it because of the blackhammer and gjallarhorn nerf. Everyone would just switch to icebreaker and hunger of crota instead.

they did it so ice breaker doesn't get overused now that final round is useless for pvp. for pve they want people to stop requiring certain load outs just to burn the bosses faster. hence the gally, ice breaker, and black hammer nerf. I'm fine with all of it. i really wanted to use more of my auto rifles again any how.

Yeah Idk wtf Bungie is talking about saying they hear the community. I legitimately never use my IB. It stays in my Vault unless I'm doing VoG, I'll take it out to use for Oracles & Atheon & then it goes right back in the Vault.
