The guaranteed key from wanted bounties, is once per account per week.
Your second and third characters can receive keys from the bounties, but it is a random chance, not a guarantee.

Did not get a single key...and I always got one key per character previously. But only one per character per week.

If you got one per character previously that was lucky. You're only guaranteed one per week per account.

Did the first character you completed the bounties with, have 5 keys in its inventory? 5 keys is the maximum that can be held in one place.

Nope, only three in my warlock, which was the first one I ran it on. My hunter only has three and my titan only has one.

Did you by any chance have some Queen's Bounties from the previous week?

Not on the character I first ran the bounty on. and the bounty I ran for sure was a new one.

Ok, this week I go at least my guaranteed key and then some. So it seems fixed now.

What happened to you happened to me this week. Which was surprising...usually I get one or two from my bounties upon weekly reset. Lol I didn't get a single key from my bounties. And I haven't gotten a single treasure key from ether chests or POE chests this week. Like, Queen - please be nice. Oh well; maybe next week!

I think I may have found it. When I delete all previous bounties from the Queen, then it works like it should. But, if I have previous weeks bounties and complete them to turn them in. It seems to realize they are from a previous week and will not give you the key. I have not tried to see if turning in the previous week second will still give you the key. So now I just delete all my bounties before grabbing the new ones to make sure.
