Does Reach contradict the book "The fall of Reach"?
I absolutely am in love with Reach, but if I remember the story correctly, there are a few problems. Well, in a video shown by Bungie of the first few minutes of the first level of Reach, the opening said "July 24, 2552", but if I remember correctly, in the book the Covenant first invaded Reach in late August. Is Halo Reach supposed to be a revisioning of the Battle of Reach? I found some more contradictions in other cutscenes, but I won't say any more about those because those would be massive leaked spoilers, and I don't want to leak or spoil anything. So anyway, yeah, discuss. Maybe Bungie can come in here and clear some things up.
