I was playing with all level 33 characters just one (never to be found) etheric light away from being level 34 characters. These are guys that i can two man Crota normal with all the while putting together fireteams with new folks to help them through their first time. Yet we have spent two 5 hour periods trying to defeat POE level 32 and have failed each time. It is just ridiculous, our weapons feel like Nerf guns against any of the enemy 32 levels, yet they can one shot us dead (hobgoblins). The Qodron eye guy sometimes doesn't appear until you have already been enclosed by the force field or it takes a rocket launcher to kill him. Therefore if you are just trying to survive by ,killing him to escape the force fields, you never get to engage the big boss...it is just ridiculous. All my weapons are 331 yet have little to no effect (I again emphasize i have yet to find etheric light so I can't upgrade anything except exotics)! Being that we are all almost level 34 characters with lots of experience, 5 hours of play leading to failure is insane, hugely disappointing and unsatisfying. I used to have 25 to 30 friends playing at any one time (now it is down to 10-15), yet because many of them have become frustrated with the game play they have stopped playing Destiny and I am also near the same conclusion. I do not mind working hard for a reward, but when it is unattainable and being a higher level than the game itself gives you no tactical advantage it all just becomes a waste of effort. Bungie help!
