Poll: Change Final Round on Sniper Rifles to Luck in the Chamber
Now look, I think we can all agree that Efrideet's Spear has had it's fun in the Crucible and Trials with its Final Round one body shot kill. Reddit user Son_Of_The_Empire suggested replacing it with Luck in the Chamber, so I made this poll. And look MLG pro bros, I know you've got a million ways to counter snipe be it Red Death, MIDA, or your overly aggressive teammate's dead ghost. However, the most often used method is to just also use Final Round which further perpetuates the one shot kill meta game. Let's change it and make things a little more interesting and classy.

I can't see Bungie completely changing a perk. All they need to do is reduce the damage, if it is a problem.

Either that, or make it "against Non-Guardians" or have everyone get the chance of getting them.

Here is a quick and easy fix. Keep final round, but one of the previous bullets has to have hit a target in order for it to work. Problem solved.

I choose muffins. What about change final to only headshots can trigger it? Would leave it useful in pve :)

It is all about head shots, one of my ldrs has final round but I don't shoot off my rounds to be able to one hit someone reload and one hit someone. You can't complete the sniper bounty doing that, revive pop head suuuuun.

However without final round my other perks would need to be changed as well. Since they won't refund the motes they can do that but should also give all old spears unlimited rerolls for a limited time. I already have a sour Taste in my mouth from having to reroll my felwinters lie after they removed the rangefinder shot package combo for grenadier wasting even more motes

Nope, there should not be any Sniper perks which give bonus damage on any of the bullets in the clip. I think Final Round should be changed to Clown Cartridge. Snipers should only one shot with a headshot. Period.

I got an LDR with final round (keep in mind, you couldn't change it) and I love it, not because I ONLY USE FINAL ROUND, it is just a great sniper over all. I enjoy it for what it is and that is a great sniper for pvp and pve. Also, no I can't get a new sniper because I am a "filthy casual" :P [spoiler]i voted muffins anyway[/spoiler]
