Thanks! I'm starting to think this is the Titan version of the Cloak of Perception and will be pretty hard to get.

Can you link the "Cloak of Perception"? I never heard of it. I main a Hunter (along with everybody else in my clan besides Brasil shoutout to Brasil!! Love you man!) and I would love to share AKA boast about it to my Hunter friends. :)

http://destiny.wikia.com/wiki/Cloak_of_Perception So basically the cloak can only be obtained from rare engrams but only if your hunter is between level 2-9. I personally don't have it but I have heard that it is nearly impossible to get.

If you're gonna do that I'd suggest having more than a couple class items so you can score a couple more cloaks like the brawlers and frumious. They're pretty sick
