Blacksmith Shouldn't Be a Prize for Those Who Got Locked Out, Time to Fix It. [Solved for Me]
For the love that of the Traveler, BLACKSMITH SHOULD NOT BE A RARE COSMETIC ITEM GIVEN AWAY FOR CONTESTS AND EVENTS.
IT IS A PREORDER BONUS THAT NEEDS TO AT LEAST BE SOLD ON THE MARKET PLACE.
You wanna take our BLAM!ing money by releasing the collector's edition content separately, BUT YOU CAN'T DO IT FOR ONE LOUSY SHADER THAT MOST PEOPLE DON'T EVEN WEAR ONCE THEY GET IT?
At this rate you'll go, oh let's release the original CE cosmetics and not give a damn about Blacksmith. You're business are giving me the hugest of migraines just because of how stupid they are. I get screwed out of it from moving generations when all your equipment transfers over.
Honestly, you screw over the community more than you please it, this day is no exception. I couldn't care less if you don't give out free equipment, but something that should NOT BE HARD TO GET IS RARE IS JUST YOU RUBBING A MIDDLE FINGER IN THE COMMUNITIES FACES. Instead we have scalpers who charge outrageous amounts for it.
I haven't felt this angry since REACH'S MULTIPLAYER, SINCE YOU DIDN'T FIX THAT EITHER.

Why is everything, except the blacksmith shader and red sparrow from gamestop, linked to our accounts. Would be nice if the lifted the console lock on these items.

2 RepliesHonestly I like the idea of not everyone having it, when I had my first vex drop I swear I shit myself cause it was like October when I got mine so it was a rather rare weapon to come up against or see, now everyone has it and it's value isn't there anymore kinda like in CS GO when a new case comes out, the top tiered skin statak is incredibly valuable and those who unbox it are rewarded with it's rarity and value for a while until more and more people get it, I personally was robbed of a blacksmith shader and my code didn't work, I didn't honestly think to ask anyone for help but hell if there's a contest where I have a slim chance at getting one I'm super motivated to get it, as well as the ones they have out were to the artistic folk, they damn well deserve something for being as creative as they are

5 RepliesYou seem, to me, to want to be taken seriously. I recommend you make you point more clear. If your point is "I UPGRADED FROM PS3 TO PS4 THIS YEAR AND THE SHADER IS LOCKED OUT FOR ME,", make that point FIRST. The subject of your post and poll should relate to this. I had to invest more time than I like to see that was your point. As it stands, initially your "poll" comes off as someone who wants a special shader and nothing more. What's more, your "poll" seems to lack some otherwise obvious choices. The reasons given (in replies) for not having those choices are not based on logic. These issues hurt your credibility the validity of your "poll" and claim. This likely means nobody serious will take you seriously. If you want to be taken seriously there is a lot of room for improvement here. I say all this to hopefully help, and not to hurt your feelings. Please take it for what it's worth, and nothing else.

If you wish to get a PS3 or Xbox 360 version of the shader tell me so I can grab one at a later time. They are for sale, traded for Microsoft point cards that are valid in Canada. 1 ReplySo here is an honest question/thought. In the live twitch stream they announced that your shaders will be part of [i]your[/i] collection. Any shader you have received over year 1 and going forward will be in that collection and you can go and grab any of those shaders at any time once you have received one. So since you upgraded from PS3 to PS4, are you using the same account? So when TTK drops you should have that shader in your collection because your collection is tied to your account, not your system.
